We strive to offer you the best handcrafted spirits every day. We do so by using grains and barrels produced right here in Pennsylvania. We specialize in using heirloom grains, such as Rosen Rye, Turkey Red Winter Wheat and Bloody Butcher corn. Every bottle we make, is single barrel! Our goal is to reclaim the rich distilling heritage that dates back to Colonial times in Pennsylvania.

Vodka

Our award-winning vodka is made with a malted barley base, then bottled at 40% ABV. We offer both 750ml and 375ml bottles.

Limoncello

Our award-winning limoncello is a wonderful lemon liquor. It is naturally flavored and then cut with simple syrup to make it a sweet and easy drink at 25% ABV. We offer both 750ml and 375ml bottles.

Bourbon

Our bourbon is distilled with 100% Pennsylvania grains and then aged in virgin charred oak barrels (which we also source out of PA). It is then bottled at 45% ABV. We currently only offer our bourbon in a 750ml bottle.

GW Rye

Our GW Rye is a based on George Washington’s own rye whisky recipe. Yes, among many other things, George Washington was a distiller and they still make his products at Mount Vernon today. We wanted to recreate one of his whiskies, Pennsylvania style. This is a true taste of history! It is bottled at 45% ABV and is offered on in a 750 bottle.

Cinnamon Flavored Whisky

Our cinnamon flavored whisky starts with our bourbon for a base. It is then naturally flavored with real cinnamon sticks until it reaches our desired flavor. Our cinnamon flavored whisky is also 45% ABV, and only offered in 750ml bottles.
